HON JARE HAILS KWARA APC SPOKESPERSON, ARO ON HIS BIRTHDAY

The Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) Chairman, Offa Local Government, Offa, Hon Jare Thomas Olatundun has congratulated the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Kwara State Chapter,, Hon Folaranmi Tajudeen Aro, on the occasion of his Birthday Anniversary on Saturday September 25th, 2021.

In a congratulatory message, issued by the Director, Jare Media Team, Olayinka Owolabi to mark Hon. Folaranmi's  birthday, Hon. Olatundun commended the Party Spokesperson for exhibiting exemplary leadership virtues and commitment to the ideals of democracy.

Olatundun described Hon Folaranmi Aro as a leader of impeccable disposition.

The Chairman remarked that since his emergence as Party Publicity Secretary for Kwara State Chapter of the ruling APC,, Folaranmi Aro has left no one in doubt as to his capacity to handle matters of state interest, development and progress.

"I therefore charged you to continue in your quest to provide leadership in the Party as we seek further ways of partnership in our avowed determination to bring prosperity for all Kwarans.

"While wishing you a happy birthday celebration, I pray that God Almighty continues to keep you in good health and bless you with many more years of robust service to the people of Offa Local Government in particular and Kwara State in general”.

Etche LG Chairman Order Immediate Reconstruction Of Dilapidated School (see photos)

The Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board has promised to look into the state of some government owned schools in the state. Karibi George , the Director, Administration and Supplies/Public Relations told our correspondent that the state government has taken note of the report by the media and will include the affected schools in its plans subsequently. Similarly, in a swift response, the Etche Council Chairman, Obinna Anyanwu, visited the dilapidated Amaku Igbodo primary school, orders for immediate reconstruction of the school. CVR: DELTA GOVT INTENSIFIES EFFORT TO REGISTER MORE DELTANS AHEAD OF 2023 ELECTION

 Delta State Government has put all mechanisms in place to ensure all eligible voters participate in the on-going continuous voter registration (CVR) and has subsequently direct all political appointees to mobilize to the grassroots for sensitization. The Commissioner for Information, Mr Charles Aniagwu, made this known on Monday in Asaba, said is to ensure that the Delta has a good number of votes for the forth coming general election. Aniagwu clarified that state government interest was in the exercise was not based on party interest but rather to give the state a good weight to be able to reckon with states like Lagos and Kano.
